What are the payment methods?
For everyone's safety, our store is linked to two of the most reliable and secure payment methods: Paypal and Mercadopago (so you can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, bank transfers and cash payment at OXXO, 7/11 and Savings Pharmacies).
What is the shipping process?
Once your order is complete, it takes us 3 business days to process it, make it beautiful, pack its bags, give it a goodbye kiss and take it to the delivery service you have selected so that it arrives directly at your hands👐
After processing, the delivery time will depend on the shipping method you have selected:
1. Home delivery*:Every Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 3 pm.
It takes us approx. 48 hours to have orders ready, so if your purchase was made on a Friday after 2 pm, your order will be delivered until the following week. *Only applies for shipments in CDMX
2. Pick it up at the official point of sale:3 to 4 days
Mascot Circle: Bruno Traven 8, Gral Anaya, Benito Juárez, 03340, CDMX. Attention hours Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 5.30 pm.
⚠️ We will send you an email to let you know when your order is ready. Please bring your confirmation email when you come to pick up your order.
3. Parcel(Fedex, Post Office, DHL, UPS): 3 to 5 days.
4. Mexico Post Office:3 to 4 weeks.
It is worth mentioning that for personalized orders the process takes a little longer, since the product will be created according to your measurements, so once the order is completed, we will start with the creation of your unique and personalized piece, yayy !! 🎉
What is my tracking number?
If you selected Fedex or Correos de México as the shipping method, once we ship your order you will receive an email with your tracking number.
If you selected to pick up your order or home delivery, you will receive an email confirming the date on which we will deliver it to you.
What locations do shipments cover?
At the moment shipments are national (all of Mexico). We hope very soon to be able to count on international shipments, we are working to find good options!!
What is the process for custom orders?
In personalized orders the process is a little longer because from your purchase order we will start to create the product from scratch with the exact characteristics that you requested.
The production time, once you send us the email with the purchase order, is approx. 1 to 2 weeks, because in this period we generate sketches, we will send them to you for approval, and once you are happy, we will begin to create the personalized piece.
It is important that you know that these times depend on how quickly you answer us and approve. These times can also be optimized, depending on the workload, but we will tell you all of this directly in the emails we send each other 💛
Once the production is finished, the delivery times will be the same as the rest of the products (depending on which shipping method you selected)
